Please note that we cannot accept incontinence products, pelvic toning devices, urinary aids, hygiene products or erectile dysfunction pumps back if the packets have been opened or damaged or any products that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once these have been unsealed after you receive them.
We cannot accept returns of specially ordered, bespoke or made to measure products
You have 14 days after you have received the goods (or someone you nominated)
We recommend that you use a parcel delivery company that will insure you for the value of the goods you are returning.
We will inspect the products once they are returned to check that they are eligible for a refund.
If anything that we supply is faulty or misdescribed you can return the goods.

Damage during the course of returning products: - If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
