Caring For Your Washable Incontinence Wear
The most important criteria for an incontinence product is its absorbency. However, when it comes to washing and drying this makes life a little more difficult as it means that they will hold moisture after washing and take some time to dry.
Many items can be washed up to high temperatures and some can also be tumble dried However, it is key to read the washing instructions for each product as the properties of the materials that they are made of varies.
Be aware that underwear that cannot be tumble dried will need to be air dried and this will take a little longer than conventional underwear due to the absorbent material of the pants.
